Yes! Experienced brewers can work with our brewmaster to modify recipes, adjust hop schedules, or experiment with specialty ingredients. For beginners, we recommend starting with our proven recipes and exploring customization in future brews as your knowledge grows.

We use professional-grade equipment, precise temperature control, and strict sanitation protocols. Our brewmaster monitors each batch throughout fermentation, taking gravity readings and conducting quality tests. We also provide detailed brewing logs for each session.

While problems are rare due to our professional supervision and equipment, we stand behind every batch. If there's an issue with fermentation or quality that's beyond your control, we'll work with you to replace the batch or provide credit toward a future brewing session.

Our standard brewing session is $89 for a 23L batch (48 bottles). This includes all ingredients, equipment use, expert guidance, fermentation monitoring, and custom labeling. Premium styles like IPAs or specialty beers may have a small upcharge for additional hops or ingredients.

Yes! We offer a 3-batch package for $240 (save $27) and a 6-batch package for $450 (save $84). We also provide group discounts for parties of 4 or more, and loyalty rewards for regular customers. Check our current promotions when booking.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, EFTPOS, and bank transfers. Payment is required at booking for your brewing session. We also accept gift vouchers which make great presents for beer enthusiasts!

We require a $30 deposit when booking your session, which is deducted from your final payment. This secures your brewing slot and covers the cost of ingredients if you need to cancel within 48 hours of your session.

We use commercial-grade brewing equipment including stainless steel mash tuns, professional boil kettles, plate chillers, and temperature-controlled fermentation tanks. All equipment is sanitized between uses and regularly maintained for optimal performance and safety.

Yes! We sell home brewing equipment, ingredient kits, and individual components. Our retail section includes everything from beginner starter kits to advanced equipment. We also offer bulk ingredients at competitive prices for experienced home brewers.

Absolutely! We can keg your finished beer instead of bottling. We offer 19L kegs ($65) and 50L kegs ($150). This is perfect for parties, events, or if you have a kegerator at home. The keg option provides fresher beer with less work on bottling day.

We're open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm, and closed Sundays. Brewing sessions typically start at 9:00am, 1:00pm, or by special arrangement. We also offer evening sessions by appointment for groups.

We're located at 1 Syren Street, Rockingham WA 6168. Free parking is available on-site with easy access to our brewing facility. We're easily accessible from Rockingham train station and major roads, with clear signage to guide you to our entrance.

Yes! We love hosting corporate team building events, birthday parties, and special celebrations. Group bookings of 6+ people receive special rates and can include catering options. Contact us to discuss custom packages for your event.

Participants must be 18 years or older to brew alcoholic beverages. However, younger family members are welcome to observe and learn about the brewing process. We also offer non-alcoholic brewing sessions for educational purposes upon request.

No worries! If you can't make your bottling appointment, we can bottle your beer for you and have it ready for pickup. We can also arrange alternative pickup times or, for a small fee, deliver within the local Rockingham area.
